I saw this film last night outdoors projected onto the fly tower of the National Theatre on the South Bank in London. A truly moving experience - perhaps one of the best pieces of cinema I have ever seen.

I was there too! It was an amazing experience to be part of such a wonderfully humane and sensitive audience sitting in the warm night air with the suildings all around us and the buses passing over waterloo bridge. I was incredibly moved and can't get soem of the scenes out of my mind. Especially the people. Thanks to all and big thans to the NT for having the inspiration to screen this poetic masterpiece.
